This website is operated by Nokturnal Drums. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Nokturn, the CEO, founder, and curator of Nokturnal Drums Sound Design. By visiting our website at nokturnaldrums.com and purchasing any product from us, you are participating in our “Service” and agreeing to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our site. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the site or use any services.
DRUM SAMPLES TERMS OF USE
All drum and percussion loops (including “drum breaks”) are royalty-free, except where otherwise noted.
For Major Labels, Major Artists, or Commercial Use: If you use a complete drum or percussion loop in a recording released by a major label, with a major artist, or for commercial purposes, you are not required to share publishing, royalties, mechanical fees, or advance payments. However, you may choose to credit Nokturn's co-producer if you wish.
For Independent Platforms or Non-Commercial Use: You are free to use drum and percussion loops however you like, including selling beats to indie artists, uploading to SoundCloud, YouTube, or including them in a beat tape.
If a product is labeled “Not royalty-free”, this will be clearly stated in the product description and further outlined in the terms of use provided in the included PDF document. In this case, if you use a full drum or percussion loop in a recording released by a major label, with a major artist, or for commercial use, you must credit Nokturn's co-producer. You are required to contact us via our technical support email to arrange the necessary details.
CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes on our website. You may review the most current version of the Terms of Service on this page at any time. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for updates. Your continued use of or access to our website or services following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
