All drum loops, drum breaks, and drum one-shots are provided as Royalty-Free, except where otherwise explicitly stated in the product description and/or the accompanying license document.

 

For Major Labels, Major Artists, or Commercial Use: If you use any drum loop(s) in a recording released through a major label, released by or featuring a major artist, or used for commercial purposes, you are not required to share publishing, royalties, mechanical fees, or advance payments with Nokturn. Co-production credit is only required where it is explicitly stated in the product description and/or the included license document.

 

For Independent Platforms or Non-Commercial Use: You are free to use drum loops in independent or non-commercial contexts without additional obligations, including but not limited to selling beats to independent artists, uploading to SoundCloud or YouTube, or using them in beat tapes and other independent projects.

 

Product-Specific Licensing: If a product is labeled “Not Royalty-Free” or contains any custom licensing terms, this will be clearly stated in the product description and further detailed in the included PDF license document.
